By February 17, 2013August 15th, 2019MENA

As an ongoing event series that was created by PHD UAE (Omnicom Media Group) in 2010, BrainScape is the agency’s annual thought-leadership conference that brings together 220 top-tier marketing professionals from across the MENA region. This year, the event – taking place on October 12th at the Armani Hotel, Burj Khalifa, Dubai – focuses on the topic of artificial intelligence, escalating the agenda of the network’s latest book, Sentience: The Coming AI Revolution.

With the rise of virtual personal assistants (VPAs) and the increasing role technology plays in consumers’ lives, the way brands communicate with consumers and influence purchase decisions is undergoing drastic changes. This year’s edition of BrainScape will construct a comprehensive look at the future of intelligence, including products as well as advertising and data models that will support them. Among the key speakers will be Kevin Slavin, assistant professor of media arts and sciences at MIT Media Lab, renowned for his talks on how algorithms will shape our world.

The book, Sentience – which features contributions by PHD UAE’s managing director, Elda Choucair, and director of digital data solutions, Haroon Syed – will be distributed to attendees at the conference. The event is co-produced by Digital Media Services, the dedicated digital media representation arm of Choueiri Group.
